Note: The Biblical story of Exodus is hard to decipher and there is much controversy over who were the Pharaohs of the Oppression and Exodus. One theory (advanced by Sigmund Freud among others) with much cirumstantial evidence is that Moses lived in the time of Atenism (Hebrew 'Adonai' is cognate to Egyptian 'Aten') and the Pharaoh of the Exodus was none other than Tutankhamen.
